Your 50% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking your party, or no later than 5 days after the booking is taken. Failure to pay will result in your booking being cancelled without notification from Escape.

Until your 50% deposit is paid no party invitations can be provided by Escape.

Your final payment must be received as cleared funds no later than 7-days before your party is due to take place. Failure to pay your party may result in your party being cancelled due to non payment.

If on the day of your party the numbers decrease for any reason we are not able to provide a refund as we will have catered for the numbers as per your booking.

If there is an increase in numbers please advise us in advance so that we can cater for this and amend your party booking accordingly. Payment will be required in advance.

You will have been advised at the time of booking your party the maximum number of party children your room can accommodate, please ensure that your invitees do not exceed this. Escape reserves the right to ask you to decrease your numbers should this be exceeded.

If more children attend the party than are booked and paid for as per your booking instructions, you will be charged for the additional attendees, and will be asked to pay this upon their entry. You are limited to an additional 5 party guests. Please be advised siblings who attend Escape, and are not included in your party numbers will be charged our normal entry fee.

If you wish to provide us with a list of party guests prior to your party this will assist us in booking your guests in and determine who are additional attendees or siblings.

If you wish to cancel your party at any time, Escape is not obliged to provide you with an alternative date and payments will be refunded as follows; Less than 7 days before the party 0%, 7 days before the party 20%, 7-14 days before 30%, 14 days+ before 40%.

Escape cannot be held responsible for problems which occur due to the weather conditions, and should your party be cancelled for this reason Escape will offer you the next available date and time for your party to take place. Please be advised we cannot guarantee this will be the same day of the week or time as per your original booking.

If you require an adults buffet please advise us of this as soon as possible and final confirmation must be made no later than 7 days before your party, and full payment made.

Please be advised your party is for 2-hours only. You and your party guests must vacate Escape no later than 15-minutes after your party has finished. Anyone wishing to stay longer will need to enquire at Reception as to availability. It is the party parents responsibility to advise their guests of this. Escape reserves the right to charge for party attendees who do not vacate within the allotted time.

If a parent of a child attending your party decides to leave their child at Escape or leaves at any point during the party, please be advised the child becomes the party parent’s responsibility until their return. We ask that you obtain any contact numbers necessary and we will endeavour to do the same.

During your party at Escape, you as the parent/guardian of the party child and any remaining adults are required to supervise the children during their stay.

Escape reserves the right to refuse or cancel party bookings at any time, and for any reason. Escape cannot be held accountable for any further costs you may incur.

Please be advised it is the parents responsibility to ensure the children take their free go kart ride within the play time of the party.

Please be advised you are not permitted to bring in any of your own food and refreshments to consume during your party. This applies to all attendees.

Please ensure that everyone joining you is wearing socks. If anyone forgets we do sell these @ £1 per pair.

Please advise us of any special dietary requirements no later than the last payment date of your party to allow us time to organise alternatives. Alternatives cannot be sourced or provided if prior notice is not given.

If at all possible please keep the adult guests to a minimum as we cannot always seat additional family and friends. Limited seating will be reserved for your party, and this may not necessarily seat all of your adult guests.

VIP Parties are a party out of our normal hours of business. Please be advised you are not hiring the full facility therefore the kitchen will be closed. However an adults buffet can be provided if requested. Also any siblings who attend are payable for at the normal entry fee unless they are joining the party.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your party is due to start as we cannot always allow entry and do not wish to disappoint parents and the party child.

Our parties are set to run in a certain way as detailed in our party leaflet and explained to you during your booking. If you want to discuss any possible changes to this please speak with us before your party date. Changes cannot always be accommodated on the day, especially at busy times.

We ask that you refrain from taking photographs or videoing in the main area. However during your time in your party room you are permitted to use these as long as it is ok with other parents.
